Technologies

At the Nanoscale Protein Analysis section of CPTR, we offer expertise and provide state-of-the-art technologies to accommodate the needs of CCR/NCI/NIH investigators.

Simple Western

An automated capillary immunoassay system for precise and accurate measurement of proteins and respective post-translational modifications in a format that is applicable to very small sample sizes.

Learn More

Luminex xMAP

A multiplex in-solution ELISA analysis system with small sample consumption. The system provides highly quantitative assays for measurement of multiple cytokines, metabolites, and serum/plasma biomarkers in the same sample.

Learn More

CODEX (CO-Detection by indEXing)

An immunofluorescence imaging platform for highly multiplexed (30-50 plex) IHC-analysis with single-cell resolution and retention of spatial context. It allows comprehensive in-situ protein profiling with multi-parametric readouts from a single tissue section.
